First Course

Wild Mushroom Truffle Cappuccino w/ Pumpernickel Biscotti

Wine – Bolla Soave (The soft floral bouquet and clean pear and lemon flavors with a delicate almond aftertaste makes it the perfect  quaff to lighter fare.)


Second Course

Hoisin Glazed Duck Confit Bahn Mi Sandwich w/ Pickled Vegetables

Wine – Love Noir Pinot Noir (California’s rich, ripe grapes deliver a wine with generous notes of dark cherry and a smooth, silky finish.)

Vegetarian 2nd Course Option

Shredded Jackfruit Bahn Mi Sandwich w/ Pickled Vegetables


Third Course

Marinated Grilled Flank Steak Rose w/ Grape Tomatoes over Horseradish Dauphinoise Potatoes and Roasted Mushrooms and Seasonal Baby Squash

Wine – 7 Moons Red Blend (The red blend opens with aromas of chocolate-covered cherries, baking spices, and vanilla bean. Flavors of strawberry preserves, cherry cola, and milk chocolate follow through to a smooth, fruit-forward, lingering finish.)

Vegetarian 3rd Course Option

Vegan Curry Tofu Wellington w/ Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Red Zinfandel Reduction and Greens


Fourth Course

Cream Filled Dark Chocolate Cake w/ Marcona Almonds, Chocolate Bacon Crunch & Toasted Hazelnut Mascarpone

Wine – Fonesca Port (Deep youthful ruby color with intense rich fruity aromas packed with pure blackberry, cassis, cherry and plum interwoven with notes of spice. Full bodied palate with a smooth velvety texture balanced by mouth filling tannins. the juicy dark fruit flavors linger to the rich luscious finish.)
