Art Spaces’ Annual Luncheon will take place at the Terre Haute Country Club at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2018.

“Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story” will feature Craig McKee’s exploration of the life and times of Alexander Hamilton. Even though Hamilton’s face appears on the ten-dollar bill, popular history often ignored him until the publication of Ron Chernow’s Hamilton (2004) which inspired Lin Manuel Miranda’s mega-hit musical (2015). Craig will discuss both and provide his own thoughts about Hamilton — the man and the myth.

Craig McKee has practiced law in Terre Haute since 1985 and has served as a part-time federal magistrate judge since 2007. He earned an undergraduate degree in speech communication and journalism from Indiana State University in 1979 and graduated from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 1983. His non-profit work over the last three decades includes a number of organizations on a local, state, and national level. Craig is currently a board member of Art Spaces.
